Comparing Employees

You have two options: Option 1 From the Manager screen, choose “Users” and then “Compare Users.” Choose the desired dates (From date → To Date) and then click “Load” icon. Option 2 From the Manager screen or from the Sales screen choose “The Real-Time Dashboard.” Choose the region (or check-mark “Show All Regions”) and choose the desired date. You can compare employees under “Total Sales By employee.”

Comparing Products

From the Manager screen, choose “Products”, then “Compare Products.” Choose the desired dates ( From date→ To Date) and then click the “Load” icon to view the report. Click on the “Click here to select data to view” link to view additional report columns.

Printing the End of Day Report

There are 2 options to print the End of Day Report Option 1 From the Sales screen choose “Reports.” Make sure the location name and the date are correct. Choose “Print End of Day” from the top right corner. Option 2 From the Manager screen choose “Locations” and then “End of Day Reports.” Choose “Print End of Day” from the top right corner.

View All End of Day Reports

From the Manager Screen, choose “Location” and then “End of Day Reports.” Select the location name and the date. Click on the “load” icon to view report.

View Testers and Losses

From the Manager Screen, choose Inventory > View Testers and Losses.   Select your desired date range and click on the load icon.

View Changes to Inventory Report

You have two options: Option 1 From the Manager screen, choose “Inventory” and then “View Changes.” Choose the region (at the top of the screen) and the desired date range (From date → To Date), then press the “load” icon. Option 2 From The Real-Time Dashboard, choose the region (or check-mark “Show all regions”) and the desired date. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to view “Inventory Changes.”

View Total Sales by Location

You have three options: Option 1 From The Real-Time Dashboard, choose the region (or check-mark “Show all regions”) and the desired date. Under “Total Sales By Location” you can see all your locations. Option 2 From the Manager screen, choose “Locations” and then “Reports.” Choose the region, choose the location and desired dates (From date → To Date) and then press “Load” icon. Option 3 From the Manager screen, choose “Accounting” and then “Profit/Loss Report.” Choose the region (or check-mark “Show all regions”), select the desired dates (From date → To Date) and then press the “Load” icon.

View Total Sales by Employee

You have two options: Option 1 From the Real-Time Dashboard, choose the region (or check-mark “Show all regions”) and desired date. Under “Total Sales By Employee” you can see all your Employees that worked on the desired date. View All Refunds

From the Manager Screen choose Accounting > Refunds.   Select the date range you would like to view. Then click the “Load” button.

Delete a Sale/Invoice

You must be a full owner to delete a sale/invoice. From the Manager Screen, choose “Accounting” and then “Invoices” (You may also locate the invoice on the Real-Time Dashboard if you know the date of the sale). Choose the region and desired dates, (From date → To Date) and then press “Load Invoices.” Locate the invoice you want to edit (You may use the search option) and press “Open Invoice.” Choose the tab “Edit Invoice Data” and confirm your request by pressing “Delete” (You will be required to enter username and password).
