Accessing Bill & Payments with the new Mobile App

With our new Mobile App, you can now access your account(s) billing & payments. This gives you access to open and/or close locations at  the tip of your fingers.  In the Nova App click on Bill & Payments.  With Full Owner access, enter your Company Name, Username and Password as shown in your software.  (they are all case sensitive)  Once you’re signed in, you will see all of your Active locations and Storage’s.

Reviewing the Chat from the new Mobile App

 In the Nova App choose the Chat icon.  Click on the Regions icon  Once a Region is chosen, the location(s) within that Region Sales Screen history will be shown.  A Chat may be sent on the bottom of the Chat.

Reviewing Check In/Out from the new Mobile App

 In the Nova App choose Check In/Out  Click on the Calendar icon to choose a specific date. You will be able view who’s clocked in/out with a timestamp.    

Reviewing Refunds from the new Mobile App

 In the Nova App choose Accounting and Refunds.  Choose a Date Range, Region and Location(s). You will see any refunds that were done between the dates and locations chosen.

Reviewing the Profit/Loss Report from the new Mobile App

 In the Nova App choose Accounting and then Profit/Loss  Choose to view the Profits or Loss, Date Range and Regions/Locations.  In the report you can see the Sales By Location, Sales By Product and Sales By Employee.

Reviewing the Inventory Transfer History from the new Mobile App

 In the Nova App choose Inventory and choose Transfer History.    Choose a Date Range.  Now you will see all the transfers within the dates chosen.  Click on the arrow next to the Transfer to view details or to delete the Transfer.  

How to create an Inventory Transfer from the new Mobile App

 In the Nova App choose Inventory Transfer  Choose the Region and Location to send from and the Region and location to send to.  Then click on Select Products.  Enter the quantities on the left side of the screen and click on the plus sign to add the product to the transfer.  Once all of the products for this transfer were added, click on the Products button to confirm the quantities. (This step can be skipped if you do not want to confirm the quantities) To submit the Transfer, click on the Overview button and on the Transfer Now button.

Reviewing & updating Inventory from the new Mobile App

 In the Nova App click on the plus sign next to the Inventory tab, and choose inventory. Choose the Region and/or Location.  You may also choose to view products that are In Stock or Out of Stock.  Based on  the filters chosen, you will see the products details and quantities.  Click on the arrow next to a product to either update the quantity, report a loss or to transfer a product.  Click on the arrow next to a product to either update the quantity, report a loss or to transfer a product.  Edit quantity  Report a loss  Transfer a product
